The room was surprisingly spacious and spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom attached to the room was also impeccably clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. I especially loved the complimentary jar of hot chocolate that my daughter enjoyed every morning. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and various attractions in the city. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely choose it again if I return to the area. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 2 nights in October and picked this hotel for its convenient location. The staff was fabulous, friendly and genuinely helpful. The breakfast was basic but well thought out, offering everything you really need. The beds were comfortable and the linen crisp and clean. The hotel was clean, fresh, and nicely decorated. It was easy to find and just a short walk from the coach station. The hotel also had gluten-free bread, which was a plus for me. a really good hotel offering wonderful service.

Nothing it was perfect.

This hotel is perfectly located in a great area with easy access to public transportation, such as a nearby tube station, shops, cafes and various attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable with good quality toiletries, towels and a hot shower. The breakfast service is amazing; the staff are very friendly and the food is delicious.

The lack of an elevator may be difficult for some guests, as there may be many stairs to climb to get to the desired floor.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was not far from the Victoria Underground station. This allowed us to easily explore the city and visit famous sights. The hotel was situated in a safe and pleasant area, which made us feel comfortable during our stay. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring that we had a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety of options to choose from.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and friendly staff. The location was great, with a bus stop just in front and being in a different neighborhood allowed for more sightseeing. We also appreciated the hotel's proximity to Pimlico tube station, making transportation easy.

Great location near major tube stations and within walking distance to many attractions. Comfortable bed and decent-sized room. Friendly staff and good communication. Enjoyed the breakfast options and the fact that there were plenty of nearby restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops to choose from.

The shower had a leaking shower head, resulting in reduced water pressure. the WiFi was very weak and unreliable, often not working at all.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my room at Luna And Simone. Although it was on the main street, the noise level was tolerable. The staff were kind and helpful, even offering to carry my bags up to my room. a great experience and I would recommend this hotel to others.

Located in a convenient area with easy access to popular venues, train and tube stations, it is situated in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The hotel is right across from a bus stop which takes you to London Centre, and it is also right across the street from a #24 bus stop. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms are well-appointed, including a great hairdryer and toilet cleaner in the en suite. The rooms themselves are comfortable and clean, with a good sized bathroom and an incredibly comfortable bed. Additionally, the hotel offers tea, coffee, and a hairdryer in the rooms. The breakfast options are varied, with cereal or fruit alternatives and a vegetarian option. However, it would be even better if sausage was included.
